North Lanzarote Excursion
Early in the morning, pickup at your hotel will occur as we head to the north of Lanzarote.
Our first stop will be the viewpoint of Las Nieves for views of La Graciosa island and the Chinijo archipelago. Following this, we will travel through Haría and the valley of the Thousand Palm Trees to the Cueva de los Verdes, the longest lava tunnel in the world. We will explore its volcanic nature as we venture deep into the earth.
Nearby is the Jameos del Agua, Manrique's first creation, where we will observe a unique and endemic species of crabs that are blind, albino, and measure less than one centimeter. After visiting the Jameo Grande, we will see the swimming pool surrounded by typical Canarian palm trees and a great diversity of cacti.
After six hours of excursion, we will return to hotel areas.
