Teror, Roque Nublo & Bandama Caldera Excursion

Between 9:10 and 9:45 am, pickup will be from your chosen location in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The tour travels by minibus to the Bandama Caldera.

At a viewpoint, you will see the Bandama Caldera, the island's youngest volcano, named after Daniel Van Damme, a Flemish settler from the 16th century.

Next, the excursion continues to San Mateo, where there is an opportunity to stroll through the old town. On Saturdays, the town's large flea market featuring Canarian products can be visited.

Then proceed to Pico de las Nieves, the highest point in Gran Canaria, followed by a viewpoint to view Roque Nublo. Information will be shared about its formation.

Continuing to Cruz de Tejeda Parador, located at over 1500 meters, enjoy the ravines and mountains below. An hour of free time is designated for food sampling, including cheese, olives, and nuts.

The final stop is the village of Teror for a brief guided tour, which is home to the patron saint of the island.

The excursion concludes with a return to your starting point, arriving between 4:45 pm and 5:15 pm.
