Materuni Waterfalls Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 8 am and drive in a 4x4 vehicle to the village of Materuni, where we'll start our trekking route to Materuni Waterfalls.

Walking along lush trails, we'll share information about the flora and fauna of lower Mount Kilimanjaro. During our hour-long hike to the Materuni Waterfalls, we will also see the houses of the Chagga, the local population.

Upon arriving at the Materuni Waterfalls, you'll have time to admire the waterfall and take a dip in its pools.

After a picnic lunch, we will continue our excursion. In this second part, we'll visit a coffee plantation to learn about coffee production, including the roasting process, and enjoy a cup of local coffee.

Finally, we will return to the 4x4 for the trip back to your hotel in Arusha, arriving at approximately 5 pm.
