Materuni Waterfalls Tour
Pickup from your hotel in Arusha is at 8 am. We will drive in a 4x4 vehicle to the village of Materuni to start our trekking route to Materuni Waterfalls.
Along our hike, we will explain the flora and fauna of lower Mount Kilimanjaro. The hour-long trek to the Materuni Waterfalls allows us to view the homes of the Chagga people.
Upon reaching the Materuni Waterfalls, you will have time to admire the scenery and take a dip in the pools. Afterward, we will enjoy a picnic lunch to recharge.
In the second part of the tour, we will visit a coffee plantation to learn about coffee production, including the roasting process, and taste local coffee.
We will then return to the 4x4 for the journey back to your hotel in Arusha, arriving around 5 pm.
