We'll meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Arusha. After settling in, we'll meet the guides to learn about the trek. The day will end with dinner.
Day 2
After breakfast, we'll drive to Londorossi Gate, the western entrance to Kilimanjaro. The trek begins with a five-kilometer (3 miles) journey through cultivated fields to the Lemosho trail. We'll meet local guides and camp at Big Tree camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3
After breakfast, we'll trek through heather for about nine kilometers (5 miles), reaching the edge of the Shira plateau. Our camp, rich in wildlife, will host dinner before resting.
Day 4
On the fourth day, we'll cross the Shira plateau and reach a moorland area, then ascend to Moir camp under the ice fields after approximately six hours of walking.

We will continue to the western part of Kilimanjaro, entering the Alpine desert. We will trek five kilometers (3 miles) to reach Lava Tower camp at 4,114 meters (13,000 feet) for dinner and acclimatization.

We'll embark on a seven-hour walk, descending to Barranco Valley. Our day ends at Karanga Valley camp, where we'll enjoy dinner and sunset views over the glacier valley.

We'll start our ascent to Uhuru peak early, reaching the highest point in Africa at 5,896 meters (19,000 feet). After free time at the summit, we will descend back to camp for dinner.
