Pompeii & Mount Vesuvius Excursion

After picking you up at your hotel in Ascea at 7 am, we'll board a comfortable bus and head to the ancient city of Pompeii. At this iconic archaeological park, we will explore the history of one of the most visited sites in the world, uncovered in 1748 after the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD.

During our visit to ancient Pompeii, we will see notable sites including the House of the Faun, the Amphitheater, the Forum of Pompeii, and the Temple of Apollo.

After this visit, we will take a lunch break (not included). Following lunch, we will head to Mount Vesuvius. We will climb to an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level using the path in the Vesuvius National Park leading to the Gran Cono. At the crater, we will have views of the Bay of Naples and the city.

Afterward, we will descend and take the bus back to Ascea, arriving at your hotels around 7:30 pm after a twelve-hour day of exploring.
