Shore Excursion to Bethlehem and Jerusalem

We’ll pick you up at the cruise port of Ashdod at the appointed time and take a bus to Jerusalem, with the journey lasting about an hour.

The first stop will be Mount Scopus for a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. We will then visit the Gardens of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations at the foot of the Mount of Olives. Our guide will provide insights into the significance of these sites.

Next, we will cross the Kidron Valley to reach the historic center of Jerusalem. We’ll visit the Wailing Wall, the last remnant of the largest sanctuary of the kingdom of Judah, and discuss its tragic history from the year 70.

We'll proceed along the Via Dolorosa, where Jesus walked to crucifixion, passing by several markets and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. You will have an hour of free time for lunch in Jerusalem before continuing to Bethlehem.

Upon arrival at Manger Square, we’ll visit the Church of the Nativity, a World Heritage Site believed to be the birthplace of Jesus. Finally, we will return to the port of Ashdod after this nine-hour excursion.
