Ever wonder what lurks in the dark? If so, this Asheville Ghost Tour is perfect for you. Learn about the spooky legends on this tour in North Carolina and discover an old cemetery!

Description

On the day of this activity, at the specified time, we'll meet at Riverside Cemetery, 53 Birch Street Asheville, to begin this tour. As this is the only ghost tour in the city that stops off at a cemetery, it promises a unique experience. Ghosthunters, let's go!

As we stroll through the Riverside Cemetery, we'll hear frightening tales and recount the lives of the famous authors buried here, including Thomas Wolfe and William Sydney Porter, some of whom reportedly haunt the grounds.

Next, we'll explore the story of the notorious mass murderer Will Harris from 1906 and check out the receiving vault, potentially encountering the spirits of German Prisoners of War (POWs).

We'll remember the life of Zelda Fitzgerald, who perished in the Highland Hospital fire in 1948. At the Grove Park Inn, we will learn about the friendly spirit of the Pink Lady who has roamed this establishment since her death in the 1920s. We will also discuss the Riverside spirits and those found around Erwin's pauper graves.

Lastly, we will uncover the tragedies at the murder hotel, family reunions at the Basilica of St. Lawrence, and the Brown Mountain Lights, which have puzzled scientists for years.

After 1 hour together, this Asheville Ghost Tour will be brought to an end. Until next time!
