Epidaurus is known for its theatre, a focal point of ancient Greek civilization recognized for healing, worship, and sport. This site features the Theatre of Epidaurus, a 14,000-seat venue renowned for its acoustics, allowing performances to continue today. You can test the acoustics by dropping a coin in the orchestra's center.

During your tour, you'll also view the Temple of Asclepius, dedicated to the god of medicine, where only a few columns remain from what was one of Greece’s major sanctuaries. Additionally, you'll see the Tholos and the remnants of the Stadium. Your ticket also grants access to the Archaeological Museum of Epidaurus, which displays artifacts including pottery, columns, and statues.
