Iguazú Falls & Itaipú Dam Excursion



Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Asunción at the specified time. From there, we'll board a bus headed to Ciudad del Este.



Once we reach Ciudad del Este, a breakfast stop is planned before we continue our journey. Our next destination will be the Itaipú Dam, recognized as the largest hydroelectric power station globally until 2011. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the dam's interior, gaining insight into its significance for both Paraguay and Brazil’s environment.



Following our visit to this modern marvel, we'll take a break for lunch at a local dining establishment. Approximately an hour and a half later, we will arrive at Iguazú Falls, where you can wander the scenic walkways and admire the stunning views that will leave you in awe.



At 4 PM, we will head back to the bus station in Ciudad del Este, beginning our return journey to Asunción. You can expect to be dropped off at your hotel around midnight.

Tour Choices



During the booking process, you will have the option to select whether you'd like a lunch-inclusive tour or not. If you opt for the meal, your menu will feature a starter, a main dish, and a dessert.



Additionally, you can decide on a day trip with or without hotel pickup. Choosing the no-pickup option allows for a more economical choice, wherein you would make your own arrangements to the bus station in Asunción.

Types of Transport



Transfers from the bus terminal in Asunción to Ciudad del Este will be conducted via the regular bus service accompanied by a guide.



All other transfers, including hotel pickups and the journey to various locations during the day trip from Ciudad del Este, will be provided using private transportation.
