Iguazú Falls & Itaipú Dam Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Asunción at the indicated time and board our bus to Ciudad del Este. Upon arrival, we will have breakfast before proceeding to the Itaipú Dam, the largest hydroelectric power plant in the world until 2011. We will explore the dam to understand its history and environmental significance for Paraguay and Brazil.

Afterwards, we'll stop at a local restaurant for lunch. Around an hour and a half later, we will arrive at Iguazú Falls, providing ample time for a walk along the footbridges to enjoy the scenery.

At 4 pm, we will head to the bus station in Ciudad del Este to begin our return to Asunción, dropping you off at your hotel around midnight.

Tour Options

Booking options include a choice with or without lunch. The lunch option includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert. Additionally, you can select if you'd prefer the day trip with or without pickup. The cheaper option without pickup requires you to get to the bus station in Asunción independently.

Transport Types

Transfers from the bus terminal in Asunción to Ciudad del Este are via the regular bus line, accompanied by the guide. All other transfers, including hotel pickups and transport to various points during the trip from Ciudad del Este, are conducted using private transport.
