We will meet at your Asuncion hotel at the designated time and set off towards Lake Ypacaraí.
Our first stop will be at San Bernardino, renowned as a popular summer retreat in Paraguay. Here, you can appreciate the iconic Lake Ypacaraí, which has inspired numerous romantic songs and poetry. Experience the tranquility of the lake as we take a boat ride across its serene waters!
While on the boat, admire the historic Hotel del Lago, a 19th-century establishment that has welcomed notable figures like Franklin D. Roosevelt and Charles de Gaulle. We'll dock at the hotel to explore its rich history and elegant architecture.
After the boat tour, we will break for lunch at a local dining establishment. Following lunch, a guided exploration of San Bernardino awaits. Get ready to wander through picturesque avenues, lively squares, and significant buildings – you will enjoy every moment!
