Reposo del Yhaguy Day Trip

Having picked you up from your hotel in Asunción at 8 am, we'll set off through the lush scenery of the Valenzuela region.

During our journey, we'll travel through several towns known for their fabric handicrafts. We'll visit Itauguá to see objects made with the ñandutí as well as lace and canvas items ranging from clothes to sheets.

Afterwards, we'll stop in the city of Ypacaraí to visit its iconic lake. Around mid-morning, you'll have some free time to get breakfast at the Hotel Del Lago. Feeling energised, we'll continue our trip to Caacupé to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Caacupé, the patron saint of Paraguay.

Next, we'll go to the Reposo del Yhaguy. This hotel complex is located on the banks of the Yhaguy stream and is known for its crystal-clear waters, making it a perfect place to relax. You'll have the rest of the day at your leisure to have lunch, swim, admire the waterfalls, and sunbathe in a tranquil natural environment.

We'll then leave Reposo del Yhaguy behind and take you back to your hotel in Asunción, arriving at around 8 pm.
