3 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor

No trip to Egypt would be complete without a cruise on the Nile. This 3-day cruise departs from Aswan and arrives in Luxor, the ancient capital of Thebes.

3 Night Nile Cruise

Day 1: Aswan

Pickup will be from Aswan airport, train station, or your hotel. After boarding the cruise boat with full room and board, we'll visit the Temple of Philae.

Day 2: Aswan – Kom Ombo – Edfu

After breakfast, there is an optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel. Later, we will sail along the Nile, visiting the Kom Ombo Temple at sunset before sailing to Edfu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Edfu – Esna – Luxor

After breakfast, we will visit the Edfu Temple, then proceed towards Esna to cross the floodgate, arriving in Luxor to visit the Luxor and Karnak temples, and spend the night anchored.

Day 4: Luxor

After breakfast and checkout around 6 am, we will visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon, concluding the tour around 4:30 pm.

Boats & Categories

There are two categories of boats:

5* Standard: Various boats including MS Pioneer II.5* Premium: Various boats including Royal Esadora.

The specific boat will be assigned a week before the activity. If booking a standard category, or for a premium category arriving on a Friday, flexibility on arrival is allowed. Those booking a premium category with a Wednesday arrival must arrive before midday.

Price Info

Price is per person in a double room. Single travelers pay a supplement.Three-person bookings receive a double room with an extra bed. A supplement applies for a separate room.Bookings before 1st July 2024 do not include taxes or tips.

Changes to the Itinerary

The order of activities may change; however, all mentioned activities will be included. Additional visits can also be reserved on the boat.

Holiday Periods

No refunds will be issued for cancellations from December 20 to January 2 (Christmas) and during Holy Week.

Pickup

Pickup from hotels on Aswan islands will occur at specified meeting points, including the West Bank Ferry Terminal or locations in Aswan City. If not central, guests should proceed to these points.
