3 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor

No trip to Egypt is complete without a cruise on the Nile. This 3-day cruise departs from Aswan and arrives in Luxor, the ancient capital of Thebes.

3 Night Nile Cruise

Day 1: Aswan

You will be picked up at Aswan Airport, the train station, or your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and taken to the cruise boat, where your full room and board is provided. The day includes a visit to the Temple of Philae and a local perfumery.

Day 2: Aswan – Kom Ombo – Edfu

After breakfast, an optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel is available. The cruise will sail to Kom Ombo Temple at sunset, followed by dinner and overnight at Edfu.

Day 3: Edfu – Esna – Luxor

After breakfast, visit the Edfu Temple dedicated to Horus. The cruise continues to Esna to cross the floodgate, arriving in Luxor to visit the Luxor and Karnak temples before spending the night anchored in Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor

After breakfast and checkout at around 6 am, visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon. The tour concludes around 4:30 pm with drop-off at Luxor airport or train station.

Boats & Categories

Choose from the following boat categories:

5* Standard: MS Pioneer II, MS Mirage, MS Nile Delta, among others.5* Premium: Royal Esadora, MS Zeina, MS Nile Dolfine, among others.

The specific boat is assigned a week prior to the activity. Standard arrivals can be any time, but premium arrivals on Wednesdays must be before midday for a tour.

Prices are per person in a double room or cabin; single travelers must pay a supplement.For bookings of three, a double room with an extra bed is provided; separate rooms incur an additional charge.

Changes to the Itinerary

The order of activities may vary, but all will be included. Additional visits, such as the Valley of the Queens, can also be reserved.

Holiday Periods

No refunds are issued for cancellations from December 20 to January 2 and during Holy Week.
