5 Day Cruise on Lake Nasser

Day 1

Your journey begins with pickup from your hotel in Aswan at 10 am, followed by transfer to the shores of Lake Nasser to board the cruise ship. After lunch and settling in, enjoy views of the Aswan Dam.

Day 2

After breakfast, disembark to visit the Temple of Kalabsha, with highlights including the Temple of Qertassi, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Return for lunch aboard the ship as the cruise continues on Lake Nasser.

Day 3

Today, explore Wadi es-Sebua, the Valley of the Lions, featuring the Temples of Dakka and Mahrraqa, gaining insights into the Egyptian deity Thoth. Return to the cruise for lunch and relaxation.

Day 4

Continue south on Lake Nasser to view the citadel of Qasr Ibrim and the Temples of Derr and Amada, the latter considered the oldest in Nubia. In the afternoon, arrive at Abu Simbel for its colossal sculptures of Pharaoh Ramesses II and Nefertari. The evening features dinner and a light and sound show at Abu Simbel, with a final night onboard.

Day 5

After breakfast, travel by road from Abu Simbel back to Aswan. Airport drop-off is available three hours before flight departure.

The cruise will take place aboard the Nubian Sea or a similar boat.

Note on Prices

The price is per person in a double cabin. Solo travelers will incur a supplement.Three-person bookings will receive a double room with an extra bed, with a supplement for a separate room.

All-Inclusive

The package includes transportation, hotels, meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners), guides, excursions, and entrance fees (excluding Tutankhamun's Tomb).

Bookings made before July 1st, 2024, will require payment of taxes and tips on arrival.

Hotel pickups in Aswan start at 10 am. We recommend staying overnight in Aswan the night before the cruise. Accommodation prior to the cruise is not included.
