On this tour, we'll visit three different temples, including the Roman-era Kalabasha and mausoleums like Beit El-Wali from Ramses II's time.

Itinerary

We'll pick you up at your boat or hotel in the morning and travel south to the Aswan dam, located 20 kilometers (13 miles) from the city.

Our first stop is the Kalabsha temple, honoring Mandulis, the Nubian Sun God, built around 30 A.D. This temple was relocated for the Aswan dam and measures 76 meters long and 22 meters wide.

Next is Beit el-Wali, a temple from Ramses II's era, excavated in rock and dedicated to Amon-Ra, featuring a patio adorned with depictions of Ramses II's military campaigns against the Libyans, Asians, Ethiopians, and the Kingdom of Kush.

The last temple is the Kiosk of Qertassi, dedicated to Isis, with a main entrance flanked by columns and the head of the Goddess Hathor. This temple was also moved for the Aswan dam.

After the tour, we will return you to your boat or hotel.
