Cross the River Nile on board a traditional felucca to discover Gharb Soheil, the most authentic village in Egypt, where you can see the daily life of the Nubians.

Day Trip Details

After pickup from your hotel or boat, we will journey to a small port to board the boat for the Nile cruise. Once across the Nile, you'll have the opportunity to swim and relax on a beach before riding camels to Gharb Soheil, known as the Nubian Village. This area, located between Southern Egypt and Northern Sudan, has a rich history spanning several centuries, making it one of the oldest civilizations in Africa.

In the village, we will explore the market and observe some houses, offering a glimpse of their colorful façades. You can try local food, traditional teas, enjoy their music, and experience a henna tattoo. Following the visit, we will return via the same route, arriving at the departure point approximately 3 to 4 hours later.
