2-Day Delphi and Meteora Trip

Day 1

Begin your tour by boarding a comfortable coach from your hotel to Delphi, believed to be the "naval" of the world in ancient Greece. Arrive around midday and visit the archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After the Temple of Apollo, continue north through Lamia and Trikala to Kalambaka, a village near Meteora, where you'll spend the night.

Day 2

On the second day, wake up early to explore Meteora's sandstone pinnacles, formed under the sea thirty million years ago. Visit two monasteries, typically Megalo Meteoro and St. Stephen's Monastery, though substitutions may occur. Following the guided tour, return to Athens with a stop at Thermopylae to see the Statue of King Leonidas. The bus will arrive in Athens around 7 pm, with drop-off at your hotel or in the city center.
