Join us on this guided exploration of Athens' Acropolis, where we will delve into one of the most significant temple complexes in Greece—an essential experience for anyone in the capital!

Tour Overview

We will convene at 26 Athanasiou Diakou to commence our guided exploration of the Acropolis. Our journey begins with a walk toward the city's most renowned landmark: the hill featuring the Upper City of Athens.

As we ascend the southern slope of this prominent site, we aim to navigate around large tourist crowds while enjoying stunning views over the cityscape. Upon reaching the summit, our adventure through the Acropolis will commence, starting with the Theater of Dionysus, which has its origins in the 5th century BC. Are you curious about the famous Greek playwrights whose works were staged here?

Our next stop will be the Acropolis itself, where we will pass through the Propylaea, a remarkable series of columns marking the entrance, taking particular note of the Temple of Athena Nike. This moment is sure to be a highlight of our visit.

Within the Acropolis, we will begin uncovering captivating tales from Greek mythology as we visit its monumental sites: the world-renowned Parthenon and the Erechtheion, along with its iconic caryatids. For enthusiasts of Classical Greece, this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Our 2-hour exploration of the Acropolis will conclude with breathtaking panoramic views of Athens, leaving a lasting impression.
