Embark on a full-day trip to Delphi from Athens, a site historically regarded as the center of the world and a prominent destination in Greece. This trip provides insight into Greek history and mythology.

Delphi Day Trip

We will meet at Athanasiou Diakou, number 26, to commence our journey to Delphi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for the Temple of Apollo.

The drive will pass through the hilly region of Boeotia and the city of Thebes, a significant location in Greek mythology, without stopping. A brief stop will be made at Livadeia for refreshments and restroom use.

After approximately 3 hours of travel from Athens, we will arrive in Delphi. Here, we will spend 2.5 hours visiting the Monument to the Argos Kings, the Athenian Treasury, and the Temple of Apollo. Following that, we will explore the Delphi Archaeological Museum, home to artifacts like the Charioteer of Delphi.

Guests will then have 1.5 hours of free time to enjoy a traditional Greek lunch at a local family-run restaurant (optional). The day trip concludes with a return to the meeting point, arriving 10 hours after pickup.
