We will meet at the National Library of Greece at the designated time to begin this tour of Greek mythology in Athens. Discover both well-known and obscure myths.

Learn about Athens' foundation myth, the patron deity of the city, and the reasons behind the Acropolis' construction. The tour offers insights into a city rich in legends.

We will view the exterior of the Academy of Athens, home to the city’s only sculptures of Plato and Socrates, as well as the Numismatic Museum, which explains the significance of ancient Greek coins in the economy and politics.

Next, we will stroll through the National Garden, past the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Arch of Hadrian. At each stop, we will discuss various myths involving gods like Zeus, Poseidon, and Aphrodite. This journey encompasses Greek mythology, philosophy, and poetry while acknowledging the contributions of Athenian philosophers and poets.

After a total of 2 hours, we will conclude in front of the Acropolis Museum.
