Established in 1986, the Museum of Cycladic Art is a prominent archaeological center in Athens, housing over 3,000 pieces from Greece, Cyprus, and the Cyclades, particularly focusing on Cycladic Art from the 3rd millennium BC.

The museum's permanent collection is displayed across three floors, each with a distinct theme:

Cycladic culture: features a vast array of weapons, ceramics, figures, jugs, and artifacts from the Aegean Sea's central islands during the Copper and Bronze Ages.Ancient Greek art: explores the emergence and evolution of Greek civilization and its role in establishing democracy.Cypriot art: covers the history of ancient communities and civilizations on Cyprus, a key location in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Museum of Cycladic Art Opening Times

The museum is open to the public at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm.Thursday: 10 am to 8 pm.Sunday: 11 am to 5 pm.
