North Georgia Wine Tour

Travel to North Georgia and discover the region's winemaking tradition. You'll visit three wineries and their vineyards, as well as explore the city of Helen.

Description

We'll meet at Trader Vic's restaurant in Atlanta at 8:45 am and board a comfortable bus for a road trip to North Georgia, known for its top-quality wine. We'll taste it for ourselves!

The journey north of Atlanta will take an hour and a half, where we will explore three local wineries and vineyards, discovering the authentic taste of Georgian wines. The first stop will be Kaya Vineyard & Winery, where we will spend an hour learning about the wine production process.

Our second stop will be The Cottage Vineyard & Winery, where we will spend another hour surrounded by a vineyard in North Georgia. Lastly, we will visit CeNita Vineyards, which specializes in grape harvesting to produce quality wines.

To conclude the trip, we will stop for an hour in Helen, a Bavarian-style city known for its vineyards and the beautiful Unicoi State Park. You'll have free time to explore the city at your own pace.

At the end of the day, we will return to Atlanta, arriving back at the starting point by 6:15 pm.
