On the day of the activity, we will meet at 1 Okura River Rd in Auckland at the scheduled time for a bioluminescence kayaking tour.

At sunset, the experienced guides will provide an informative introduction to the bioluminescence tour and ensure readiness. We will prepare the necessary equipment and launch the kayaks, which include both single and tandem options.

As we paddle, the guides will explain the magical glowing water and the native marine life in the bay. Paddling will activate the bioluminescence, and you can also reach into the water to see it light up. Enjoy the experience in a small group in an area with minimal light pollution, enhancing the visibility of the bioluminescence.

After 2 hours, the kayaking tour will conclude back at the starting point.
