Hobbiton Trip
At the specified time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in central Auckland and board a comfortable minibus. We will then travel across the scenic landscapes of New Zealand to Matamata, the location of Hobbiton.
After a 2.5-hour journey, we will arrive in the Shire™. Accompanied by a guide specialized in The Lord of the Rings, we will uncover the secrets behind the making of this film. You will learn how Peter Jackson chose this location.
During the tour, we will visit the Hobbit Holes™, the Mill, and the Green Dragon™ Inn, where you can enjoy a Hobbit™ Southfarthing™ beverage.
After our visit, we will return on the minibus to Auckland, arriving approximately 8.5 to 9 hours after pickup.
