Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between 3 options starting at Augsburg Airport with an English-speaking pilot:

45-Minute Flight

This option includes views of major Munich attractions such as Allianz Arena, English Garden, German Museums, Marienplatz, Munich Cathedral, Munich Residenz, and Nymphenburg Palace, followed by the BMW Welt museum and Olympiapark, before heading to the Bavarian Alps to see Starnberg, Ammer, Pilsen, Wörth lakes, and ending at Andechs Abbey.

1 Hour and 15-Minute Flight

This tour offers additional time in the air. After the Munich highlights, you'll view Upper Bavarian lakes including Würmtal, Stanberger, Oster, Rieg, and more. Then, explore the Bavarian Alps with sights of Herzogstand, Benediktenwand, Zugspitze, Garmisch, and Hohenpeißenberg, concluding with a flyover of Neuschwanstein Castle and Andechs Abbey.

1 Hour and 45-Minute Flight

This option allows for the most extensive views, including all Upper Bavarian lakes and the Alps with Kampenwand, Wilder Kaiser, Wendelstein, and Zugspitze. Historical landmarks such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Fraueninsel Island, Neuschwanstein Castle, and Andechs Abbey will also be included.

Schedule

The schedule for the plane rides is as follows:

45-minute flight: October to April, Monday to Friday at 3 pm; May to September, daily at 7:15 pm.1 hour and 15-minute flight: October to April, Saturdays at 2 pm; May to September, Sundays at 11:45 am, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 5 pm.1 hour and 45-minute flight: October to April at 2 pm; May to September at 9 am, available only on Sundays.

What Are the Planes Like?

The flight will take place on a TECNAM P2012 or similar aircraft for a maximum of 9 passengers plus the pilot.
