Join us on this exploratory journey through Austin, where you will uncover the rich history along with the iconic streets and monuments nestled in the heart of Texas's capital.

Description

Our meeting point is set for a specific time in front of Jo's Coffee. Here, we commence this explorative tour through the historic heart of Austin.

As you stroll along Congress Avenue, you will make your way towards one of the city's most significant sites, the Texas Capitol.

Before reaching this grand structure, we will pause at the renowned Speakeasy bar. At this location, we will present some fascinating before and after images of this vibrant area in Austin, which is sure to captivate you!

As we proceed along the avenue, we will eventually arrive at the Capitol. An interesting tidbit about this building is that it is actually bigger than the Capitol in Washington, D.C. Isn't that remarkable?

After taking in the stunning architecture of this monument, constructed in 1888 with a neo-Renaissance design, our next stop is the Moody Theatre. This notable live music venue hosts around 100 concerts each year and accommodates up to 2750 attendees. Should you have the opportunity to remain in Austin for a few days, visiting this venue comes highly recommended!

We will conclude our exploratory journey through Austin after approximately 75 to 90 minutes, returning to our original meeting point.
