Description

On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Austin at the indicated time and begin our 1 hour and 15-minute drive to San Antonio. During this journey, we'll share highlights of the day ahead.

Upon arrival, we'll visit The Alamo, where we will take a guided tour through the courtyard and learn about the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. We'll see some of the Alamo’s largest weapons such as the 16-pounder cannon and explore the historic grounds.

Next, we will tour Mission San Jose, the largest and most visited of the four Spanish Colonial Missions in the area.

We'll also visit the Tower of the Americas, taking an elevator ride 190 m (623 ft) to the top for panoramic views of the city.

Continuing, we'll go to the River Walk, a 15-mile (24 km) urban waterway, where we'll enjoy a relaxing 35-minute cruise on a colorful, silent electric boat while taking in the local architecture and culture.

Finally, after 7 hours together, we'll return to your hotel.
