Did you know that Konya is often recognized as Turkey's most devout urban center? Join us as we navigate its historical streets, aiming to discover the Alâeddin Mosque, situated in the city's heart. This worship site holds significant meaning for many, as illustrated by its grand entrance, adorned with an impressive portico and its stunning Arab-style design beneath a prominent dome.

Nearby, we'll visit the Valley of the Butterflies. In this lush tropical paradise, we will encounter thousands of vibrant butterflies. As we wander through this enchanting space, we’ll appreciate how well the tropical atmosphere supports these beautiful creatures.

Excursion to Ankara

If you're eager to explore Turkey’s capital, prepare for a 3-hour drive to Ankara. Our first destination will be the Atpazari neighborhood, where we will visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. This museum showcases the most significant artifacts from Turkey's archaeological sites, taking you on a captivating journey through time!

Next, we will head towards Ankara Castle and the Anitkabir mausoleum. While wandering this memorial complex, we will uncover the history behind Turkey's founding father and first president, Mustafa Kemal. From the exterior, we'll admire the ten symmetrical towers of the structure, each holding profound meanings related to the history of Turkey.

Venturing inside, we will be greeted by ceilings adorned with bronze arrows and geometric patterns inspired by kilims, the iconic Turkish carpets.
