During the booking process, you can select between 2 options. Both last 9 to 10 hours and include pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Cappadocia, an English-speaking driver, and admission tickets.

Here are the details of each option:

Day Trip to Konya

After departing from Cappadocia, we will drive for approximately 3 hours to arrive at the holy city of Konya. Our first stop will be the Mevlâna Museum, where we will visit the mausoleum of the Sufi mystic Celaleddin-i-Rumi. We will also explore the city of Konya on foot.

Konya is considered Turkey's most religious urban centre. We will wander through historical streets to find the Alâeddin Mosque, which features an impressive portico and beautiful Arab-style decoration beneath its dome. Nearby, we will visit the Valley of the Butterflies, exploring tropical gardens inhabited by thousands of colorful butterflies.

Day Trip to Ankara

For those interested in the capital of Turkey, we will take a 3-hour drive to Ankara. Our first stop will be the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in the Atpazari neighborhood, showcasing significant archaeological artifacts. Next, we will visit Ankara Castle and the Anitkabir mausoleum, learning about Turkey's founder Mustafa Kemal. Inside, we will see ceilings adorned with bronze arrows and geometric ornamentation inspired by kilims.
