Description

After meeting at 41 Cours Jean Jaurès in Avignon, we will embark on an hour-long journey by minibus to the Luberon Regional Natural Park. In June and July, this area of Provence is adorned with striking violet hues from its lavender-filled fields.

You will have about an hour of free time to explore the lavender fields of Roussillon. The fragrance of the flowers is notable. Next, we will reach a viewpoint to enjoy a view of Gordes, known for its beauty.

On the outskirts of Gordes, we will stop at Sénanque Abbey, a 12th-century monastery surrounded by lavender fields, offering a picturesque image of Provence.

After visiting Sénanque Abbey, we will return to Avignon, arriving after five hours of exploring the lavender fields of Luberon.
