Sault Lavender Fields

Delight your senses and immerse yourself in the most typical landscapes of Provence on this tour of the lavender fields of Sault from Avignon.

Tour Details

At the designated time, meet at the Avignon Tourist Office, and we will depart by minibus for Sault, a small village in French Provence known for its lavender fields.

After approximately an hour and a half drive, we will arrive at Sault and its lavender fields, which transform into a violet landscape of fragrant flowers each July and August.

You will have free time to explore the flower-filled fields and the scenic town at your own pace. In Sault, numerous shops specializing in lavender products, such as soap and honey, await you, and we will visit one to learn about the process of lavender distillation.

At the end of the tour, we will depart Sault and return to Avignon. During the return trip, there will be additional opportunities to photograph memorable natural landscapes.

You will be returned to the original departure point after a five-hour tour.
