Pressoria Wine Museum Ticket & Champagne Tasting

Pressoria is located in Aÿ-Champagne, at the foot of a World Heritage site. This museum, dedicated to sparkling wines, is within the building of the Maison Pommery champagne company's former pressing centre, recognized as a key wine tourism location in the Marne department of France's Grand Est region.

Your ticket allows you to explore Pressoria's interactive exhibition. This immersive experience engages all five senses and educates about the geology and climate critical for grape harvest and champagne production, which must meet specific effervescence standards.

During your visit, you'll encounter objects such as candles, toys, books, textiles, and other sommellerie items related to champagne. You'll also learn about the history of master glassmaker René Lalique, born in Aÿ-Champagne in 1860.

Your route through Pressoria Museum lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and concludes with a tasting of two champagnes from locally-grown grapes. If visiting with children or if you prefer non-alcoholic options, you can substitute the champagnes with two juices.

The Pressoria Wine Museum is open every day except Thursdays during the following hours:

1st November to 31st March: from 10 am to 6 pm.1st April to 31st October: from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

The museum will be closed on 1st January and 25th December, as well as the last two weeks of January.
