Tour to Pachapupum Volcano

The tour starts at Plaza de Armas at 6 am. The bus will take you to Sacsamarca, a district south of Ayacucho. On the way, we'll stop at Condorccocha for a break and individual breakfast, and later at Huanca Sancos for those who need to buy lunch.

Upon reaching Pachapupum volcano, a walk to the top offers a view of the 10-meter diameter crater with boiling water due to geothermal heat. Surrounding small wells, formed through erosion, contain mineral-rich waters like salt and sulfur, perfect for a relaxing bath with natural healing properties.

After enjoying the hot springs, there will be a break for lunch before returning to Ayacucho by bus. The estimated arrival back at Plaza de Armas is 8 pm.
