Bacalar Lagoon Private Sailing Trip

When booking, you can choose from two different options. Both options start and finish on Avenida 5 and include an English-speaking guide, a private sailing trip, and water, beer, fruit, and guacamole on board.

4-hour sailing trip

This trip includes a pleasant crossing of Bacalar Lagoon, showcasing the lagoon's blue color blending into seven different shades. You will visit Pirates Channel, Birds Island, and the Black Cenote, while hearing the legend of the old witch and observing stromatolites.

6-hour sailing trip

The 6-hour trip explores more locations, including Cocos Island, Esmeralda Cenote, and the ruins of an abandoned hotel. You will also pass through the southern part of the lake and can enjoy white-water rafting. A ceviche or Mexican burrito will be served on board.

Additionally, you can attend a sailing lesson with a professional instructor who will cover the basics of sailing.
