Baena Guided Tour
We'll meet at the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe (Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe) at the selected time to begin our guided tour. Discover why Guadalupe is the patron saint of the city during this walk.
Our route includes the city center, where we will visit Plaza de España, the oldest square in Baena. We will proceed along Calle Amador de los Ríos, pass San Bartolomé Church, and continue down Calle Mesones to reach Plaza de la Constitución.
Additionally, we will stop at Baena's Historical and Archaeological Museum for a guided tour showcasing the history of Baena from prehistoric times to the Contemporary Age.
If you're interested in the Arabic history of Spain, we will explore the Alamedina, the highest part of the city, which reflects its past during the Caliphate of Cordoba.
The tour concludes at the Castle of Baena, where we will learn about its origins and current state before concluding our visit.
