Baeza Guided Tour
The guided tour of Baeza starts at Calle San Pablo, 8. During the walk, we will learn about the history of monuments like the Tower of the Aliatares. We will then visit the 16th-century granary on Barbacana St.
Next, we will visit Constitution and Pópulo squares, where we will see historic civilian buildings, such as the old Public Notaries, and the Palace of Jabalquinto. We will enter the church of Santa Cruz to explore its heritage.
We will tour the inside of the old University of Baeza and the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, noting the evolution of architectural styles from Gothic to Renaissance. Additionally, we will view the Guadalquivir Valley from the lookout point of the old city walls, with vistas of the Cazorla and Mágina mountain ranges.
