Guided tour of Baeza

We will begin in the emblematic Plaza de los Leones, surrounded by historical buildings such as the Ancient Butchers and the Civil Hearing and Scribes.
We will cross the Gate of Jaen, the Arch of Villalar and the Arch of Barbudo, witnesses of the medieval past of the city.
One of the highlights will be the visit to the interior of the Old University, where you can admire its Renaissance architecture and discover the Aula de Antonio Machado and the Paraninfo.
We will continue our journey to the Church of Santa Cruz and the impressive Jabalquinto Palace, with its spectacular facade.
In the Plaza de Santa María, we will admire the Renaissance fountain and access the Cathedral (including entrance), a masterpiece combining Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance styles. We will also visit the Seminar of Saint Philip Neri, the High Consistorial Houses and the old gates of the wall: Door of the Moon and Door of the Pardon.
Our walk will continue on the Paseo de la Constitución, where we will see the Baja Consistorial Houses and the Alhóndiga, among other historical buildings.
