At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of La Casa del Aceite, located in the Plaza de la Constitución in Baeza. Are you ready to taste the liquid gold? Let's start the olive oil tasting!

Upon entering, we'll begin to discover the culture of olive oil in Jaén, learning the basics of this product. From the first crops to the variety of olive trees in Baeza and the differences in the quality of olive oils, we will explore it all. Through images, we will see how the olives are picked and the oil is produced.

Afterwards, we'll sit at the table to taste 3 olive oils of different varieties to appreciate their qualities. For the tasting, we will use an official blue or red tasting glass and a card to note observations during the tasting.

The tasting will also include apples and bread, perfect for cleansing the palate. Finally, we will enjoy a small selection of gastronomic products made with EVOO, such as specialty chocolate. You'll gain a deeper appreciation for olive oil culture.
