Ferry to Ons Island
At the scheduled hour, we will depart by ferry from Baiona, heading towards the National Park located in the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.
Initially, our route will take us through the Vigo estuary, where we will glide past prominent landmarks like San Martiño, Montefaro, and Monteagudo, which comprise the notable Cíes Islands. Although we won't dock at this archipelago, take a moment to admire the renowned Rodas beach from the ferry.
This journey, lasting approximately an hour and 15 minutes, will then lead us into the Pontevedra estuary, where Ons Island awaits. Upon arrival, we will disembark, granting you the remainder of the day to immerse yourself in its stunning natural surroundings.
Make the most of your free time by enjoying lunch, unwinding on the serene beaches, or traversing one of the island's four hiking routes. Notably, one of these paths leads to the Ons lighthouse, recognized as one of the largest in Spain.
At the designated time, we will reconvene at the dock of Ons Island for our return journey back to the port of Baiona.
