Boat to Ons Island
At the indicated time, we will set sail by ferry from Baiona towards the National Park. The crossing takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes, passing through the Vigo estuary and allowing views of the Cíes Islands and Rodas beach. Upon arrival, you can explore Ons for the rest of the day.
Activities include lunch, relaxing on beaches, and hiking one of the four trails, including a path to the Ons lighthouse, one of the largest in Spain. We will then meet at the dock for the return trip to Baiona.
Authorization to visit Ons Island
Ons Island has a daily quota of visitors, requiring authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. During high season (May 15 to September 15 and Holy Week), bring your own authorization; otherwise, it will be provided by the guide during the rest of the year. Cancellations require 15 days' notice for proper adjustments.
Ons Island Guided Visit
From October 1 to May 14, except during Holy Week, the ferry ticket includes a 1-hour guided visit around the island.
Return Schedule
The ferry will return from Ons Island at 6 pm, allowing same-day travel. For different return dates, please contact us.
