Guided tours in low season
During low season (October 1 - May 14), the ticket includes a 1-hour guided tour as independent visits to the islands are prohibited. The guide will accompany you from the departure port and show you key spots upon arrival. Guided walks will cover the history, plants, and wildlife of the Galician archipelago. This tour is not available during the 10 days of Easter Week due to high season restrictions.
Authorization from the Xunta de Galicia
During peak season (May 15 - September 30, and Easter week), bring your authorization from the Xunta de Galicia for access to the islands. This will be emailed to you after your reservation. Outside peak season, the guide will carry it on the tour day.
Authorization for campers
For camping on the Cíes Islands, the campsite must process the authorization. If you cancel, the campsite must also cancel the authorization before the shipping company can refund your boat tickets. Once an authorization is linked to a shipping company, it cannot be transferred to another company without reprocessing.
