Blumenau & Pomerode Excursion

Following hotel pickup between 8 and 9 am, the tour will proceed by car or bus along the Itajaí-Açu River, passing through Ilhota and Gaspar.

The first stop is Blumenau, founded by German immigrants, noted for its Oktoberfest, a significant German celebration in Brazil. In Blumenau, we will visit the City Hall, Cathedral of St. Paul the Apostle, the Beer Museum, and the Beer Garden, highlighting the cultural significance of beer.

Next, we will explore Vila Germânica, a popular venue for events like Oktoberfest. Here, you can enjoy lunch at your expense before heading to Pomerode, accessed through the Portal Wolfgang Weege.

In Pomerode, we will visit a typical porcelain store, a craft brewery, and a zoo featuring various animals. The final destination is Vila Encantada, offering a glimpse into the time of dinosaurs.

The tour concludes with a return to the pickup hotels.

Access to the attractions

Vila Encantada is open from Tuesday to Sunday. If your tour is on a Monday, more time will be available for other attractions.The tour price does not cover the entrance fee to Vila Encantada, approximately 6.60 EUR for adults and 5.50 EUR for children under 12, students, and seniors over 60.Entrance tickets for the Pomerode Zoo are also required, at around 8 EUR for adults, and 4 EUR for children under 14, students, and seniors over 60.

Pickup

The tour includes pickup and transfer back to hotels in central Balneario Camboriú. Alternative arrangements will be necessary for hotels outside the designated pickup area.
