Cañadon de las Ostras and El Sotano Trip

We'll meet at a time of your choosing in Las Grutas where we hop in an all-terrain truck and head to Villa de los Pulperos, a spot in Argentinean Patagonia where the smallest octopus in the world is captured.

Continuing along the coast of Rio Negro, we will arrive at Piedras Coloradas beach, where we will try sandboarding on the dunes. This will be followed by a journey along the pulperos route.

The next stop will be on the coast of El Sótano, known for having the highest tidal flow in Argentina. You will learn about this phenomenon here. We will then head to Cañadón de las Ostras: a rock wall where we will observe marine fossils more than 20 million years old.

In this area of Patagonia, we will raise a farewell toast and enjoy an Argentinean picada, which includes various cheeses and creole sausages. This will conclude our adventure.

We will return to Las Grutas, arriving four hours after we first set off.
