Cañadon de las Ostras and El Sotano Trip

We will meet at a time of your choosing in Las Grutas, then take an all-terrain truck to Villa de los Pulperos, known for capturing the smallest octopus in the world.

Continuing along the coast of Rio Negro, we will reach Piedras Coloradas beach for sandboarding on the dunes. Following this activity, we will proceed along the pulperos route.

Our next stop will be at the coast of El Sótano, where the highest tidal flow occurs in Argentina. You will learn about the phenomena here before heading south to Cañadón de las Ostras, a high rock wall displaying marine fossils over 20 million years old.

In this area, we will have a farewell toast and enjoy an Argentinean picada with various cheeses and creole sausages, concluding our adventure.

After resting, we will return to the starting point in Las Grutas, arriving four hours after our departure.
