Cañadon de las Ostras and El Sotano Trip
We'll meet at a time of your choosing in Las Gruta where we hop in an all-terrain truck and head to Villa de los Pulperos, known for capturing the smallest octopus in the world.
Continuing along the coast of Rio Negro, we will arrive at Piedras Coloradas beach, where we will try sandboarding on the dunes, a memorable experience. After this activity, we will follow the pulperos route.
The next stop will be on the coast of El Sótano, which has the highest tidal flow in Argentina. You will learn about the tidal phenomena here. Then, we will proceed to Cañadón de las Ostras: a colossal rock wall showcasing marine fossils over 20 million years old.
In Patagonia, we will raise a farewell toast and enjoy an Argentinean picada, comprising various cheeses and creole sausages. This is a suitable conclusion to our adventure.
After rejuvenation, we will return to our original starting point in Las Grutas, arriving four hours after we set off.
