Baltimore's Bloody History
Good morning (or rather, creepy-crawly evening) Baltimore! Charm City has a rich history with notable sites including the birthplace of the U.S. National Anthem. However, it also has a hidden past steeped in grim tales.
Meet at the corner of Max's Taphouse for our ghost tour through Baltimore’s bloody history.
Our journey starts with a chilling tale about the building we stand in front of, a once-bustling port city known for its darker stories from sailors of the past.
Next, we visit the Lord Baltimore Hotel, where a mysterious murder-suicide took place, involving the ghost of Little Molly, reported by many guests.
We will proceed to historic Fell's Point and the Admiral Fell Inn, where our guide will recount troubled souls after the stock market crash of 1929.
Additionally, we will explore the story of Edgar Allan Poe, the city’s most famous haunted figure, and his mysterious final days in Baltimore. He was last seen alive here.
After an hour of ghostly tales, we will conclude back at the starting point, leaving you with stories that may linger long after.
