Varanasi Villages Tour

After being picked up from your hotel in Varanasi, you'll begin your tour of the villages that surround the sacred city in a private vehicle, experiencing the daily lives of people in these small Indian villages. You can choose from two options when reserving your private tour:

4 hour tour

This option lasts four hours and includes visits to two villages near Varanasi. After being picked up at 8 am, you will go to Sarai Mohana, known for its silk production. Here, you can watch craftsmen and women weave colorful fabrics and have the option to purchase a sari. Next, you'll visit Chiraigaon to see the daily lives of the locals before returning to your hotel.

8 hour tour

This full-day tour lasts eight hours and also visits Sarai Mohana and Chiraigaon, as well as Kapildhara and Rameshwar. After pickup at 9 am, you will first explore Sarai Mohana, then head to Kapildhara to learn about local gastronomy and cattle farms. Following this, you will visit Chiraigaon and finally Rameshwar, where you will have the opportunity to observe a Sanskrit class with young children learning to write the ancient language.
