Traditional Hindu Wedding

At the time you choose, we will pick you up from your hotel in Varanasi and start preparing for your traditional Hindu wedding. The first part will focus on make-up, an important moment in the ritual.

You will wear traditional jewelry and clothing typical of a Hindu wedding, and then we will head to the temple for the ceremony.

The priest will be waiting at the temple. The mantras invoking the blessings of the god Vishnu will be performed, and you will go around the sacred fire seven times and take seven oaths with your partner.

A photographer will document the ceremony for you to keep as a memory of this experience.

After 2 hours, we will return to your hotel in Varanasi.

This ceremony is symbolic and not a legal wedding. It is a celebration to spiritually seal the depth of the couple's love.

Ceremony Language

The ceremony is performed in the local language with mantras in Sanskrit. An interpreter will accompany you at all times to explain everything in English.
