Explore the streets of Varanasi in a tuk tuk, the best way to delve into the spirit of the city and admire its iconic landmarks.

Itinerary

After meeting in Varanasi, you'll hop into tuk tuks to start your adventure in this sacred city.

Over two hours, you'll be driven to symbolic places in Varanasi, one of the holiest cities for Hinduism. See monuments including Saint Thomas' Church and Kashi Vishwanath, known as the "golden temple" for its gold-plated domes.

You'll also see Jantar Mantar, one of five observatories built under Maharaja Jai Singh II's order. Next, head to Dashashwamedh ghat to observe local life along the river Ganges.

Continue to the chaotic center of Varanasi and drive to Baba Keenaram Ashram, a notable Hindu meditation center, before crossing Ramnagar bridge for panoramic city views.

On the opposite bank of the Ganges, visit Ramnagar Fort, a significant 17th-century fortress overlooking the river, originally for the city's royal family. The current Maharaja still uses it as a residence.

Conclude your tour with a visit to the tomb of Lal Khan, a Mughal noble built in 1773, showcasing beautiful Mughal architecture and regarded as one of Varanasi's gems. Your tour will end at Ramnagar Fort.
