On this tour to Santiago de Cuba, you'll travel from Guardalavaca to explore the second-biggest city in Cuba. A day full of history and interesting sites awaits you.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your hotel in Guardalavaca and begin making our way towards Santiago de Cuba. We will visit significant locations in the city.

Our first stop will be at the Plaza de la Revolución Square, where we'll admire various monuments and learn about Cuba's history. Next, we'll visit the Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, the resting place of notable figures like José Martí, followed by El Morro, a fort that defended the city from pirate attacks.

After these historical visits, we'll proceed to Villa Gaviota for lunch, offering both typical Cuban dishes and international options.

The tour continues with a panoramic view of the Cuartel Moncada, now the July 26th History Museum, significant in the history of the Cuban Revolution. Here, you'll gain insights into pivotal historical events.

After Cuartel Moncada, you will have free time to explore Parque Céspedes in the city center. This area provides a chance to engage with locals and enjoy ice cream. Finally, we will visit the Hotel Casa Granda viewpoint for picturesque views of the city.

After a full day in Santiago de Cuba, we will return to Guardalavaca, arriving back at your hotel approximately 13 hours after the initial pickup time.
