Bar Harbor Ghost Tour

In Bar Harbor, paranormal activity peaks during the day. If you enjoy scary stories, meet us at the Agamont Park Gazebo at the specified time to start this ghost tour. A hunt for paranormal activity awaits!

Our journey begins with tales about the indigenous peoples of the area. The Wabanaki Confederacy's oral traditions include ancient monster sightings that resonate with modern reports of unknown creatures.

Next, we will visit the Bar Harbor Inn, known for its ghost stories. Once a private club for wealthy gentlemen called The Reading Room, it has witnessed numerous ghost sightings. One club member, not a Ghostbuster, has notably advanced the field of authentic parapsychological research.

As we walk along the scenic Shore Path, we'll hear ghost stories against the backdrop of Egg Rock Lighthouse and Balance Rock. This path provides the perfect setting for eerie seafaring tales, reports of Maine's haunted lighthouses, and sightings of a local sea serpent.

The tour will conclude with local stories of encounters with the unknown, detailing unexplained events in ordinary shops and apartments, along with alleged UFO sightings. Do you believe it?

After 1.5 hours, we will wrap up this eerie experience.
