Join us on a captivating tour of ceramic craftsmanship in Icoaraci, one of Brazil's top handicraft hubs, where you'll encounter exquisite handmade creations and learn about how they're made.

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and travel to Icoaraci, located 18 kilometers (11 miles) from downtown Belém. This northern Brazilian town is renowned for its ceramic craftsmanship.

During our tour, we'll visit various pottery workshops and meet ceramic artisans who will share insights into their craft. You will discover one of Pará state's primary hubs for handicraft production, including information on the Icoaraciense, Marajoara, and Tapajônica cultures.

At each workshop, artisans will guide us through the process of creating ceramic pieces while explaining the intricate details embedded in their crafts. You'll also have opportunities to buy some souvenirs.

After the pottery tour, we'll visit the Icoaraci waterfront, where you can enjoy a refreshing sip of coconut water if you wish.

After approximately four hours of exploration, we'll conclude the Icoaraci pottery tour and return to your hotel in Belém.
