Set off on a full-day trip to Costa Brava from Barcelona and discover one of the prettiest coastal regions of Catalonia by visiting Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Pals, and Estartit.
Costa Brava Day Trip
Climb aboard a comfortable air-conditioned coach at the scheduled time and head north towards the province of Girona.
Your first stop will be Calella de Palafrugell, a small fishing village with pleasant white houses surrounded by beautiful coves. You’ll have time to explore its historic center at your own pace.
Next, you’ll walk along the Caminos de Ronda, a picturesque coastal footpath, arriving at Llafranc, another seaside resort.
You will then drive to L’Estartit, known for its port and proximity to the Medas Islands, a significant marine reserve with over 1,200 species of flora and fauna.
In L’Estartit, you’ll have time to eat and explore the port before boarding a Nautilus boat for a 90-minute sail around the Medas Islands and the cliffs of Sierra de “Montgrí.”
After the boat trip, you’ll visit the medieval town of Pals, known for its seventh-century tower offering panoramic views of Costa Brava. You’ll have time to tour the Old Town.
Finally, you’ll return to the coach and head back to the center of Barcelona, arriving after approximately eleven hours.
