La Pedrera, one of the most emblematic buildings in Barcelona, designed by Antonio Gaudí. The original name of this place is Casa Milá, but everyone knows it as La Pedrera, for its unique architectural design, and it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It hides inside a cultural centre of reference in the Ciudad Condal and, in addition, it is located in the heart of Barcelona, on Paseo de Gracia.

With a visit to La Pedrera you enter the world of Antoni Gaudí, where you can see how nature is the origin and inspiration of the building.

The duration of the visit is approximately one hour/one hour and a half.

Route:

  • butterfly courtyard,
  • the roof of the warriors,
  • the whale's attic (Gaudi Exhibition),
  • the neighbor's apartment and
  • the Flower Courtyard.

Schedules:
- Open from Monday to Sunday. At 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
If you want other hours than those offered, you can check the time change.

Close upper floors: 15 minutes before the closing of the building.
Free children up to 6 years included.
The ticket must be kept until the end of the visit.

Rules to keep in mind:

  • No smoking, eating, accessing the building with animals (except guide dogs), taking flash and tripod photos, carrying backpacks, talking on the mobile, touching the artworks and the exposed objects, walking barefoot, running, pushing and preventing the good circulation of the other visitors, hindering the entrances and exits and sitting on the stairs, provoking agglomerations, using tones of voice excessively,
  • For security reasons, in case of rain the roof will remain closed.
  • Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
