We will meet at the designated time in front of the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari before driving to Alberobello, approximately an hour away. A short stop in Polignano a Mare will offer coastal views.

Alberobello is notable for its unique stone houses or 'trullos', recognized as World Heritage by UNESCO. As we explore the districts of Rione Aia Piccola and Rione dei Monti, the origins of these structures will be explained.

We will visit one of the trullos and meet a family residing in these homes. They will discuss the construction of the buildings, followed by an extra virgin olive oil tasting session, a popular local product.

After the trullo visit, there will be an hour of free time to browse the handicraft stalls of Alberobello, known for handcrafted products. Ultimately, we will return to the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, concluding our trip after a total of 6 hours.
