We'll meet at the designated time in front of the Petruzzelli Theatre in the center of Bari and drive in a minibus to Alberobello, about an hour away. Before arriving, we'll make a short stop in Polignano a Mare to take in the coastal views.

Alberobello is known for its unique stone houses or 'trullos', declared World Heritage by UNESCO. As we explore the districts of Rione Aia Piccola and Rione dei Monti, you will learn about the origin of these buildings.

We will visit one of the trullos and meet a family that inhabits these houses. They will explain how these buildings were built, and we will participate in an extra virgin olive oil tasting session, a popular product in Puglia.

After the visit, you will have an hour of free time to browse the handicraft stalls of Alberobello. The handcrafted products here are well-known. Finally, we will return to the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, concluding our trip after a total of 6 hours.
